French will not Compete in the Paramotor Worlds

One of the strongest nations in the sport of Paramotor, France, decided to stay out of the World Championships to show their disagreement with the direction that the FAI competitions are taking. Specially because now having the best pilots “gives no guarantee of a medal without a good ‘lawyer’”. The French propose to make the competition more encouraging for new pilots and more focus on the sportive side, by using a simpler scoring system, for example.
